Part Time Administrator
Wandsworth Women’s Aid is a proactive and committed organisation offering safe accommodation and support to women and children experiencing domestic violence.
This post provides an opportunity for an enthusiastic and efficient person to join a small dedicated team.
· You will provide administrative support to the organisation
· Maintain office systems and data bases
· You will coordinate repairs and maintenance for all WWA properties
Applicants will need to demonstrate
· Previous administrative experience
· Strong IT skills
· Good communication skills both written and verbal
· Initiative, commitment and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Salary is £11,430 per annum
17.5 hours per week

CHAIR OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Are you looking for a new challenge, the opportunity to build on your skills and experiences and to make a positive contribution to the local community? If so Wandsworth Women’s Aid would like to hear from you.
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual with good leadership skills and experience of the charity sector to take on the key role of voluntary Chair of the Board of Trustees.
Our trustees oversee the charity’s operation and play a vital role in ensuring women and children experiencing domestic violence get the support needed to improve their lives.
The successful candidate would lead the board meetings on the third Tuesday of each month, liaise with the Director to maintain an overview of Wandsworth Women’s Aid’s affairs and act as a spokesperson for the board.
We welcome women from all backgrounds and especially encourage women who may have experience of domestic violence to apply.

VOLUNTARY TRUSTEES
We are currently recruiting hard working and committed women to work on the Board of Trustees at Wandsworth Women's Aid.
The Trustees oversee the work of the charity and play a vital role in ensuring we meet our aim to support and improve the lives of women and children experiencing domestic violence.
The Board meet once a month on the third Tuesday in the month, for approximately 3 hours, so you would need to be available to come to Wandsworth to take part on that day.
We welcome women from all backgrounds and especially encourage women who may have experience of domestic violence to apply.
We would be particularly interested to hear from women with HR skills/background and a Secretary to the Board who would be responsible for taking the minutes.
